Are you a passionate and resilient educator looking for a fresh start this September? Zest Education is proud to be working with a specialist setting in Rugby to recruit an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join their team for the 2025–26 academic year.
This school supports children with a range of complex needs including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored learning and helping pupils achieve both educational and personal progress.
Deliver differentiated, engaging lessons to small groups of pupils or on a 1:1 basis.
Foster a supportive and structured environment that promotes independence and self-confidence.
Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals.
Track progress and contribute to individual education plans (IEPs).
QTS or QTLS is essential.
Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A positive, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply via Zest).

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
