Position: Cover Supervisor (Secondary Schools)
Location: Tipton and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities available
Contract: Flexible – full-time and part-time roles to suit your availability
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure tasks are completed.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide support to students, encouraging participation and focus.
Previous experience working with young people (schools, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Confidence, flexibility, and the ability to engage with secondary-aged students.
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
