Early Career Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education are recruiting for an ECT who has completed their PGCE recently or are in the process of completing their PGCE to work within secondary school’s in and around the Birmingham area.

We can assist you in finding permanent roles or finding long term supply roles in your chosen subject for September 2023. We are working closely with several secondary schools in and around South Birmingham. We work exclusively with schools in Redditch, Coventry, Bromsgrove and Worcester.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management

Rate of pay will vary dependant on whether the role is permeant or long-term, ranging from £110 – £143 a day.
