Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a reputable primary school in Coventry! If you have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journeys, this full-time role starting in October 2024 could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the classroom.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to learning and development, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting is preferred, along with relevant qualifications in education or child development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
