Year 1 Class Teacher

A school in Oldbury are looking for a engaging and experienced year 1 teacher to join their team on a part time basis. This role has the possibility to continue, should the school feel you are a suitable fit for the position. The school are looking for the teacher to join their team in December 2024 and will be required to work Monday to Wednesday across this period.

The school have worked hard to create a team of dedicated and passionate staff who work together to ensure that the school creates a positive impact on all students lives. Their extensive grounds indoors and outdoors provide enriched learning opportunities that are accessible to all children with differing learning needs.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a valid QTS with experience working in KS1.
  • Be a motivated and passionate teacher with knowledge of the national curriculum.
  • have an excellent ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Be willing to Prepare, deliver and mark lessons for the students
  • Have a knowledge of the year 1 curriculum

The school are open to applicants from both ECTs and more experienced teachers.
