Zest Education is hiring for a full-time Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a wonderful team in Redditch. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with small groups of children in the EYFS department, providing essential support to help them thrive academically and emotionally. As a TA at this esteemed primary school, you will collaborate with educators to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is dedicated, proactive, and passionate about making a positive impact on young learners. In addition to working directly with children, responsibilities will also include organising resources, creating engaging displays, and maintaining a stimulating educational setting.
This full-time role entails working from 08:30 to 15:45 until the end of the academic year 2025/2026, with the potential for a permanent position starting in September 2026. To be considered, successful candidates must be NVQ Level 3 qualified in a relevant childcare qualification.
