Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Sutton Coldfield

Zest Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a well-regarded and welcoming nursery in the Sutton Coldfield area. This is a 12-week placement to begin immediately, with the potential for an extension depending on performance and setting needs.

The Role:

You will be working in a warm and supportive nursery environment that prides itself on providing a nurturing and stimulating space for children aged 0-5. The role requires someone who is confident, caring, and able to support children’s early development through both structured and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development

• Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development

• Maintain accurate records and observations for key children

• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding policies

• A nurturing, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude

• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through Zest Education)
