Full-Time PPA Teacher – Immediate Start
Location: Primary School near Coleshill,
Contract Type: Full-Time/ Part time
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Zest education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Teacher to join the friendly and supportive primary school team just outside Coleshill. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nurturing learning environment where staff, pupils, and the wider school community work closely together to achieve the very best outcomes.
About the Role:
As a full-time or part time PPA teacher role, you will work across a range of year groups to deliver engaging and effective lessons, allowing class teachers dedicated time for planning and assessment. This role is ideal for a flexible, creative and confident teacher with strong classroom management skills and a passion for supporting children’s learning across the primary phase.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential)
Has experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Is adaptable, organised, and proactive
Has high expectations of themselves and pupils
Can build positive relationships with children and staff
Is ready to start as soon as possible

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
