Job Description

Nursery Teacher – Full Time | Handsworth | Zest Education 

Zest Education is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nursery Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming early years setting in Handsworth.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of children aged 3–4 years, within a nurturing and inspiring learning environment. This setting is proud of its warm, inclusive atmosphere and its commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for all children

  • Monitor and assess children’s development, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met

  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of early years professionals and communicate effectively with parents and carers

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate and creative individual with a love for working with young children

  • A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable
