The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teachers across a range of subjects to join our partner schools on a long-term basis. These roles offer the opportunity to inspire and support students as they develop essential knowledge and skills. For the right candidates, many positions have the potential to become permanent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on experience).
• Creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Inspiring students to enjoy learning and reach their full potential.

About You

We are looking for teachers who are:

• Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
• Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT status.
• Experienced in teaching at secondary level (any subject).
• Skilled in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom management.
• Able to engage, motivate, and inspire students of varying abilities.
• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
