Zest are working exclusively with a popular primary school in Bromsgrove to recruit a hard-working and committed individual to work as part of the support team. The role will be working within small groups across KS1 year groups to support reading and numeracy throughout the week.
The school is a committed and enthusiastic school which provides all children with access to a challenging and inspiring curriculum. The school is a wonderful 2 form entry which aims to support all children into becoming resilient and confident individuals.
The successful candidate will need to have a passion for working with children and be a supportive and hard-working individual. You will need to have previous experience of working within a similar role and be confident in managing groups of children to ensure they are focused and supported throughout the day. You will have a sound understanding of the national curriculum and be able to engage with a broad range of pupils.
To be considered for this role you must be NVQ Level 3 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject, and ideally have your own transport due to the schools location.
