Zest Education are recruiting for a good-rated primary school in Bromsgrove who are in need of an TA for a full time position, starting in September 2023. The role will be working on a 1-1 basis with a child in Y3 who requires additional support with dyslexia and academic support. The role will be supporting all subjects and topics working directly with one child to build strong relationships and rapport.
The school is based within a popular suburban area and has a good reputation within the local community. The school has good behaviour across all year groups and benefits from a dedicated and passionate team. The Head who oversees the school ensures that all children have access to a fair, challenging and creative curriculum
The successful candidate will need to be NVQ Level 3 qualified (or above) and be a professional and resourceful individual who can hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you will need to be approachable, enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic. You will understand the importance of a 1-1 position and have a sound knowledge of the national curriculum. You will demonstrate the highest regard for safeguarding and health and safety and quickly become a reliable member of the team.
There is the opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right person. Having your own transport would also be advantageous due to the location of the school.
