Zest Education are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Small Heath, for a part time role, starting in April 2024. This position will be for a period of 6 weeks, working Mondays to Wednesdays. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science education and the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students.
– Develop and deliver appropriate learning materials and resources.
– Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
– Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote students’ learning.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the Computer Science curriculum.
– Ability to engage and motivate students.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Organized and efficient with time management.
– Experience teaching Computer Science at a secondary level is preferred.
