Zest Education have been asked to recruit an MFL teacher with a Spanish specialism to join an extremely hard-working department within a secondary school in Staffordshire from May 2024.
The school are ideally looking for a Spanish teacher who is passionate about positively influencing the student’s young lives. The school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in their last inspection and measure their success by the progress that every pupil makes across every subject, this measures the value that staff add to the students educational journeys regardless of their abilities
The successful applicant will have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
- A strong passion for the subject of MFL and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (planning and marking only for short/long term placements).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
