Zest Education are working with ‘good’ primary school in Burton on Trent to recruit for a Teaching Assistant to work on 1-1 basis with a child that has Autism and Behaviour problems in Year 3 . This role is due to start in October 2022 and will be an ongoing position.
The school create a safe learning environment for all children to learn in. The school also have a team of dedicated staff who put the children at the heart of everything they do.
The ideal candidate must be confident supporting small groups of children who require extra support. The candidate must also be able to build strong relationships with these children along with the class teacher. The successful candidate must also have experience of strong behaviour management.
The pay for this role will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
