As a 1:1 teaching assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalised support to a student in need. Your main role will be to work closely with a specific student, providing academic and emotional support to help them reach their full potential. This role is a crucial part of our commitment to inclusive education, as it ensures that every student receives the individual attention they require.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a 1:1 teaching assistant. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with the student, their parents, and other members of the school community.
