In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at a welcoming academy in Bloxwich, providing essential 1:1 support to a child with autism.

**Responsibilities:**
– Utilise your expertise in working with SEND students to provide tailored support
– Possess an NVQ Level 2/3 Qualification or equivalent in a relevant childcare subject
– Demonstrate proficiency in English and Maths to facilitate effective learning
– Engage with parents and actively participate in review meetings to monitor progress
– Showcase dedication, commitment, and passion in supporting the child’s growth

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience working with SEND students
– Experience in a primary school setting
– Availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday during school hours
– Willingness to transition into a potential full-time role in the future
