Zest Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Lichfield to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting in October 2025.
This rewarding position is set to run until the end of the next academic year and offers 32 hours and 30 minutes per week during term time only.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a mainstream classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, provide emotional and academic support, and adapt learning tasks to meet the child’s individual needs.
We are looking for someone with patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable, particularly with SEND support, though not essential if you bring the right attitude and commitment to learning.
