Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs? Zest Education is seeking a passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Solihull. Starting in September 2024 for the full academic year, this full-time position.

At this school, it caters for students ages 2- 6 years old with complex needs. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your role will involve working closely with the student, delivering tailored support to help manage challenging behaviour and foster positive engagement in the learning process.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience working with special educational needs and the ability to adapt and extend learning within a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
