Are you dedicated to supporting young learners with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential? Zest Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant at a well-regarded school in Telford. This part-time role requires you to work three days a week, providing one-on-one support to a student with additional learning needs, collaborating closely with the pupil and the class teacher to create a tailored learning experience.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and the ability to provide two professional references. The school, rated as “Good” by Ofsted, is known for its strong focus on inclusivity and its dedication to meeting the individual needs of every student. The friendly and supportive environment ensures that both staff and pupils are encouraged to excel.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
