Are you a passionate and dedicated Art teacher looking for a new opportunity in Coventry Centre? Zest Education is currently seeking a talented individual to join a high-performing secondary school starting in January 2025.
The successful candidate will be stepping into a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year with the potential for a permanent position based on performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and interactive Art lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
– Maintain a positive learning environment by effectively managing classroom behavior
– Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the department
– Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students
Requirements:
– PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification with QTS or QTLS
– Strong subject knowledge and passion for Art
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate teaching methods

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
