Job Description

‼️ URGENT ‼️  Zest Education is urgently seeking a qualified Teacher of Art to join a vibrant secondary school in the Northfield area for maternity cover. The role would start in Mid-November and is set to run until the end of the academic year.

About the school:

the school is a vibrant community where education meets opportunity in a nurturing and supportive environment. Their mission is not only to deliver outstanding education but to mold our students into capable, confident individuals ready to tackle the challenges of the future. They achieve this through a relentless focus on high academic standards, inclusive practices, and a curriculum designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.

Art stimulates the excellent transferable skills of creativity and imagination, and through the studying of it, students at the school have the opportunity to develop a wide range of practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
– Stay abreast of advancements in the artistic world to ensure a relevant and comprehensive curriculum.
