Art Teacher (Part time)

Job Description

  • Role: Art Teacher

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Contract: Part-Time (0.4 or 0.6 FTE)

  • Teaching Days: Tuesdays and Fridays (0.4) or Tuesdays, Fridays plus one additional day (0.6)

  • Subjects: Art across Key Stages; ability to teach Photography or Textiles to GCSE/A Level is desirable but not essential


About the Role

The department offers a rich curriculum that includes drawing, painting, printmaking, 3D construction, and digital art. Students are encouraged to explore various mediums and techniques, developing their skills and creativity.   • Qualified Educator: A degree in Art or a related field, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) being desirable.
