Zest Education London is proud to be supporting an ambitious and inclusive secondary school in West London in its search for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Head or Head of Sixth Form to join the senior leadership team from September 2025.

The Role

As Assistant Head / Head of Sixth Form, you will:

• Lead the strategic and day-to-day operation of the sixth form, driving high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement

• Inspire students through high expectations, strong pastoral care, and clear pathways to university, apprenticeships, and employment

• Line manage sixth form tutors and collaborate with subject leaders and pastoral teams

• Monitor attendance, progress, behaviour, and destinations to ensure successful outcomes for all students

• Oversee UCAS applications, careers provision, and enrichment opportunities

• Contribute to whole-school leadership as part of the extended senior team

What We’re Looking For

• A highly effective classroom teacher with experience of teaching post-16 (any subject specialism welcome)

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a sixth form or pastoral capacity

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style

• A strategic thinker with the ability to inspire students, staff, and parents

• Deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and high aspirations for all young people
