Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a School Caretaker at a very busy secondary school in Central Birmingham. The role offers various shift patterns with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
– Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises
– Conducting routine checks of the school facilities
– Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
– Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld
– Supporting with the security of the school premises

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work various shift patterns

Start Date: January 2025.
