**Requirements:**
– Previous experience as a school caretaker
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills
**Responsibilities:**
– Opening and closing the school buildings
– Ensuring the premises are secure
– Carrying out general maintenance tasks
– Managing cleaning schedules
– Monitoring heating, lighting, and alarm systems
– Responding to maintenance issues
– Assisting with school events and activities

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
