Zest Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Chemistry Teacher to join a lovely secondary school in Birmingham. The school has been rated outstanding by Ofsted and is known for providing the best possible outcomes for both students and staff.
Position: Temporary (with possibility for permanent position)
Hours: 8:30 am – 3 pm, Monday – Friday
Status: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for chemistry classes
– Provide high-quality instruction to students
– Occasionally grade and provide feedback on student work
Requirements:
– Previous experience teaching science, with a focus on chemistry
– Experience working with older students
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Relevant teaching qualifications

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
