Job Description

Are you a dedicated qualified class teacher looking for a part-time opportunity in a primary school setting? Look no further – Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate individual to join the team at a primary school in Lichfield. This part-time position is 2-3 days a week with the potential to go full time, and is available for an immediate start.

This incredible primary school serves as a beacon of education and inspiration for all who enter its doors. It aims to be a haven of learning and creativity, with a well established wider curriculum and well-maintained gardens inviting students to explore the natural world. You will join teachers that foster a love for learning through innovative teaching methods and engaging activities tailored to each student’s unique needs. Through a rich array of extracurricular activities, such as music, sports, and art programs, students are encouraged to develop their talents and interests. If you believe in the nurture of the social, emotional, and physical well-being of students, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons for primary students
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
– Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behaviour

Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
