Class Teacher & KS2 Lead

Job Description

Zest Education are on the hunt for an experienced class teacher and KS2 Lead to work at a Primary and Nursery School just outside of Lichfield. The role would see you teaching in Y3.

The school are looking for a highly effective teacher who can work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and refine an exceptional KS2 curriculum.

This role is due to start in Septermber 2025.

The successful candidate will:

– Be an exemplary role model for high quality teaching and work closely with the Assistant Headteacher, to coach and support others

– Have experience of successful leadership and management of the KS2 curriculum to achieve excellent standards of attainment and achievement

– Provide a challenging, yet supportive learning environment which stimulates, maintains, and develops lively enquiring minds

– Contribute to wider school life to support children to be happy, healthy and in harmony with each other and their world.

– Be an excellent communicator who works in collaboration with all stakeholders for the benefit of the child.

– Be passionate and creative in their approach to curriculum development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
