Zest is working with a school in the Kingshurst area to recruit for a classroom assistant to work across KS1 and KS2 on a part time basis. This role is due to start in May 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year. The role will involve working from 8:30 to 12:30, 3 days each week.

The school requires improvement and are continually working on this to improve the school for both staff and pupils. The school have a strong team of staff who all work hard to provide an inclusive and rich learning environment. The school caters for a broad range of pupils and has a growing reputation in the local area.

The successful candidate must have passion and energy for supporting children who require additional support. The role will also require the candidate to work with the class teacher to prepare the classroom ready for the children to learn in. You must also be an engaging and reliable individual who is able to build strong professional relationships.

The pay will start from £75 a day.

All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
