Responsibilities:
– Step in for teachers during absences to ensure seamless continuation of the learning process
– Supervise students, maintain a positive learning environment, and keep students focused on tasks
– Support student progress and contribute to maintaining educational continuity
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
– Genuine interest in promoting student engagement
– Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable
