Cover Supervisor – Northfield

Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Part Time Cover Supervisor to join the team at a reputable school in the Northfield area, starting in January 2024 until the end of the academic year.

Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning at a Secondary School within the Northfield Area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and seek to build their confidence and classroom experience by working in diverse school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the classroom environment.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task.
• Managing behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies.
• Providing support to students during their learning activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 days experience working with children / young people OR a graduate within the last 2 years (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
