Zest Education are currently advertising for a cover supervisor role in the Small Heath area that might just be the perfect fit for you. Immediate, ongoing starts are available on either a full time or part time basis.

As a cover supervisor, you will have the chance to work across multiple schools, each with its own unique set of challenges and rewards. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

On a daily basis, cover supervision will include:

– Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school curriculum

– Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they are undertaking their work to ensure a constructive environment

– Responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures.

– Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures


Requirements for this role:

A Bachelor’s Degree, having graduated within the last 2 years


At least 20 days experience working with children. This can include a variety of different backgrounds, such as Youth Workers, Sports Coaches or Scout Leaders.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
