DT Technician

Job Description

Are you passionate about promoting creativity and ensuring a safe environment for students to explore their design and technology skills? We are currently seeking a Design Technology Technician to join our secondary school in Wolverhampton on a part-time basis starting in February 2025.

As a Design Technology Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers by preparing classrooms and materials for design and technology classes. Candidates with prior experience working in school settings as a DT technician or possessing qualifications in Woodworking, Art, Textiles, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude towards safety, and a genuine interest in fostering a dynamic learning environment for students. Working hours for this role are between Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
