We are working alongside a fantastic two form entry primary school in the Sutton Coldfield area who are looking for an ECT to start on a part time basis from January 2024 across Early years and KS1. The school are also willing to support the right candidate through their part of their induction terms. The role is initially for 1 term but may be extended for the right candidate.

The role will involve working alongside the other teachers in EYFS and KS1 to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum to all pupils. You must also employ a range of suitable learning and teaching strategies and styles to ensure effective learning of all pupils you are working with. You must also be a team player and be able to work well using your initiative.

You will also be expected to complete all marking at the end of each

 

The ideal teacher/ECT must be an engaging and proactive individual who is able to lead and inspire all pupils within the classroom. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and tailor this to the needs of pupils in the class. For this role you will also receive PPA and mentoring time each week.

 

The pay for this role will start from £130 depending on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
