We are working alongside a lovely two form entry primary school in the Stechford area who are looking for an ECT to start on a full-time basis from April 2024 until the end of the academic year. The school are also willing to support the right candidate through their part of their induction terms. The role is initially until the end of the academic year but may be extended for the right candidate. The role will involve working across KS1 and Ks2.

The role will involve working alongside the other teachers to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum to all pupils catering for the needs of all.  You must also employ a range of suitable learning and teaching strategies and styles to ensure effective learning of all pupils. Holding a valid QTS and having recent teaching experience will be required for this role. The ideal ECT must be an engaging and proactive individual who is able to lead and inspire all pupils within the classroom. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of the curriculum and tailor this to the needs of pupils in the class.

The pay for this role will start from £130 depending on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
