Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kickstart your teaching career in a vibrant primary school setting? We are working with a busy primary school in Erdington who are seeking an ECT to join their dynamic team from September 2024. As an ECT in our school, you will have the opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis.
The popular school have a strong focus on core values and creating a positive culture for both learning and teaching. The school has a team of supportive staff who provide all pupils with an exciting, rich curriculum.
This role is perfect for a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality education to young learners. The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate ranging from £100 to £130, depending on references and experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your teaching skills in a supportive and nurturing environment. The school are also willing to support the successful candidate through part of their ECT terms.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
