Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to make a difference in primary education? Zest Education is seeking a passionate ECT to join our team on a part-time basis at a primary school in Chelmsley Wood. As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to impact young minds and shape the future generation. The role is to start in September 2024 and will be working across all year groups.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to providing quality education to primary school students. With the flexibility to choose your working days, you can work three days a week and earn a competitive starting pay of £100 per day. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to gain valuable experience, enhance their teaching skills, and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
The busy two form entry school are a top choice in the local area for parents. The school have a brilliant team of staff who place the children at the very heart of everything they do. The school have an SEN provision where all pupils are supported in order to reach their full potential.
The school will be open to supporting the right candidate through part of their ECT terms.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
