We are exclusively recruiting for a Year 3 teacher in Quinton, Birmingham for September 2022. The position will be for a minimum of 1 term and will be the ideal role for a newly qualified teacher (ECT) to complete part of their induction.

This good rated primary school is overseen by a passionate Head who is continually looking to support the next generation of teachers. The school has a strong focus on equality and aims to provide all children with a secure and supportive learning environment.

The successful teacher must:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Be consistent in maintaining positive behaviour for learning
  • Have a strong classroom presence to manage behaviour and keep children focused
  • Be able to engage with a broad range of pupils
  • Have a flair for teaching and a natural ability within the classroom
  • Be a strong team player and communicator to work with a well established team
  • Identify and target individual learning needs

The role will involve full support from an experienced ECT mentor. The school supports training and development for all its staff and is continually looking for passionate team players to join their team.  Both newly qualified teachers/early careers teachers (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this position.
