Zest Education are recruiting exclusively for a highly sought-after primary school in the Solihull area. The position will be starting in September 2022, working with the reception class, and will be on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to be supported through the start of their career and induction. The position will be for a minimum of 2 terms.

The successful teacher must:

  • Be an approachable and versatile teacher
  • Hold valid QTS
  • Be an enthusiastic and hard-working member of the team
  • Have a passion for the EYFS curriculum
  • Be able to build strong professional relationships with colleagues and pupils
  • Be consistent in maintaining high standards and behaviour management standards

  • Working within a well-established, respected, and professional team
  • Providing children with a secure and supportive learning environment
  • Understanding the school policies and procedures to maintain high standards
