Zest Education are closely working with a secondary school north of the Handsworth area that are looking to support an ECT through their induction year.
The school which has a ‘Good’ Ofsted report, aims to be a fully inclusive learning community in which everyone achieves success through hard work and harmony.
This role is for one full school academic year and starts in September 2022.
The successful candidate must have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS
- A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
The school is looking to support an early career teacher through their induction year. Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rate of pay varies dependant on experience.
