Are you a passionate and driven Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kickstart your teaching career with supportive schools in Sutton Coldfield? Zest Education is currently working with a number of schools in the area that are seeking ECTs to join their dynamic teams.
With a variety of roles available throughout this year, this is your opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your teaching skills in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a newly qualified teacher or have recently completed your teacher training, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
– Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students
– Planning and preparing lessons in line with the curriculum
– Providing feedback and support to students to aid their learning and development
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work collaboratively with colleagues

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
