Here at Zest, we are working with multiple schools across the Alum rock and Small Heath areas who are looking for early career teachers to start with them this academic year. The roles are starting from September 2023 through to January 2024 on a full time and part time basis. The schools have day to day, short term and long-term roles available.
The schools are two, three and four form entry and are continually looking for strong teachers to join their teams. Some schools may also be able to support the right candidate through part of their induction terms.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work alongside the other teachers within the school to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum to all pupils. You must also employ a range of suitable learning and teaching strategies and styles to ensure effective learning of all pupils you are working with. Being a team player and having strong classroom and behaviour management skills will also be essential in this role.
The pay for this role will vary depending on experience, roles and responsibilities starting from £125 a day for day to day role.
