Early Years Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Zest Education are recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Lichfield. This role is to start in January 2025 until the end of the academic year.

You must be a qualified Teaching Assistant and you will be required to work within the Nursery.  The post is a temporary post initially until July 2025. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 3.45pm.  Successful candidates will need to have NVQ Level 2 and knowledge of EYFS. They must be a highly motivated team player who is able to support the class teacher.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work within an outstanding Academy with supportive staff and well behaved children.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
