We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new challenge.
Zest is working with a lovely primary school on the outskirts of Yardley who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 5 mornings a week across early years. The role is to start in December 2023 and will continue on a long-term basis.
The school has a strong focus on their values which underpin the teaching, learning, and providing an environment which allows all pupils to be successful and happy learners. The team of motivated staff at the school work together efficiently to put the children at the heart of everything they do by providing a well-structured, rich curriculum. All staff at the school are also supported through all continued professional development opportunities.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to build strong relationships with all staff and pupils.
- Work efficiently as part of a team.
- Support maintenance of pupil behaviour.
The pay for this role starts from £73 a day.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
