We are working closely with schools in the North Staffordshire area, such as Blythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, to place ECT’s who are looking for their placement schools. There are varying roles available both short and long term.
Successful applicants will have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them a QTS
- A passion for their subject with exceptional knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- The strong desire to work as part of a wider teaching team
- The ability and knowledge to plan, mark and deliver lessons of a high quality (planning and marking only apply on short- and long-term placements).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Computer literate with strong ICT skills and time management.
