Job Description:
Zest Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced English teacher to join our team in Telford for a full-time position starting from June 2025. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing student progress in the subject of English.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum
– Engage students in interactive and stimulating learning activities
– Provide individualized support and feedback to students to enhance their learning experience
– Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
– Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic potential
