English Teacher – Aldridge

Job Description

Zest Education is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at a reputable school in Aldridge. This position will commence in January 2025, this will be for a minimum of one term on a full time basis.

Role and Responsibilities:
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons, fostering a love for English language and literature amongst students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Additionally, you will contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
– Specialization in English Language and Literature
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans
– Strong classroom management skills
– Commitment to student welfare and academic success
