Are you looking for a new challenge? Looking to transition from a part time to a full time role? Or just looking to gain further teaching experience in a professional teaching setting. Well, here at Zest we are looking for reliable, hardworking and passionate English teachers to join us to work in a number of well established secondary schools in the Sandwell area. This role is full time position and is to due to start in December 2021.

The successful candidate will need to have the drive to succeed in a very successful English department, where the students are keen to learn and improve their already exceptional results. It is also essential that you are able to follow the schools ethos, behaviour management and strong core values.

The day to day duties will include; planning, delivering and marking all work, managing classroom behaviour, adhering to the schools policies and procedures. Responding to any questions that pupils, parents or caregivers may have. Attending department and whole school meetings when required to do so.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and you have previous experience of teaching Maths up to GCSE level. All applicants who are successful with our initial screening stage, will be put forward to the school for consideration, and the chosen teacher will begin early in the new academic year.

Daily rates are between £131 and £198 per day (PAYE), subject to experience and qualifications.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
