Zest Education are currently looking for an English teacher, to teach across KS3 – KS4, in a large secondary school, in Sutton Coldfield. The role will start in December 2023, this will be for a long term maternity cover, working part time (0.6). This role is ongoing and has the high potential of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

Successful candidates will have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
- A strong passion for the subject of English and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (planning and marking only for short/long term placements).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rates of pay will vary dependant on experience.
